Tadashi Hiramatsu, an animator who has worked on many popular and topical works. This book is a collection of his pencil illustrations and various rough sketches.

Rough work includes plenty of original illustrations, and was drawing at the character design construction stage for "Rascal the Raccoon (a theatrical version that was interrupted at the beginning of production)", "Parasitic Beast Sei's Rating", and "Yuri !!! on ICE".
