Note - this web store is new, so if you run into any issues not covered here - please reach out directly via our social media (links are in the footer at the bottom of the page.) Please give us a few days to respond. If we are out at a convention or out of town, response times will be longer.
Q1. Is my order guaranteed when I place it?
A1. While we strive to have everything shown in stock, it's possible from time to time that an item is not available at the time of ordering due to a timing issue. Labyrinth only charges your card once the item is pulled and ready to pack.
Q2. An item I am interested in shows as not in stock/SOLD OUT. Can I back order it?
A2. Send us an email or message us with your requested item. We will let you know if and when it's available.
Q3. What is Labyrinth's Return Policy
A3. All SHIPPED items are returnable within 14 days of receipt in original condition and packaging. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, you may return it for shop credit or a full refund including shipping and return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, we will either offer a refund or a replacement item. In the event of a replacement, the damaged item needs to be returned and shipping for returning will be paid by us.
If the return is simply because you changed your mind/don't need the item Labyrinth will refund the original price of the item only. In such cases customer covers all the shipping charges.
Q4. Are all items sold via Labyrinth Brand New Items?
A4. Unless otherwise noted, all items are brand new items/unused and in excellent condition. Note -when it comes to condition - we strive to give you the best copy we have on hand at the time of order. Small manufacturer defects or slight shelf ware is possible. If condition/perfection is a high priority for you -please reach out to us before ordering so we can help ensure your satisfaction.
Q5. Is local pick up available?
A5. Sorry, we are no longer able to offer pick up as the physical shop is closed.
Q6. How long will my order take to reach me?
A6. Labyrinth is located in the GTA. Depending on how far you are it may take just a few days or a few weeks. If you require super fast delivery, call us and we can figure it out for you. For regular orders we ship with USPS to the US and with Canada Post in Canada.
Q7. What currency are the prices of items on Labyrinth?
A7. All the prices shown on this website are in Canadian Funds. If you are in Canada, it's business as usual. If you are outside Canada, when you go to pay with credit card - you will be billed by us in Canadian funds. Your card will convert to your local currency which may well be a much lower numerical value. As the Canadian Dollar is weak compared to the US dollar, Euro or Pound - if you are in any of those places - consider it "like getting an automatic discount" when you shop with us. Again -this happens automatically by your credit card.
During the lockdowns of 2021, the Labyrinth launched its inventory online through our web store. As conventions have returned however, it has become more difficult to fulfill orders as some items go out of stock, while others are packed up in convention boxes. The problem has been especially acute for toys and figures. Initially we were thinking to turn off the web store completely because we hate letting you down. Instead, we decided to test out a new model and make NEW arrival toys available to our online community for short periods.
